“Company doesn't match over 6%. They don't tell you that when they auto-enroll you.”

    “30% off product including clearance”

  • Sick Days  (6 comments)

“They will handle it if and only if you have a doctor's note, so try not to be so sick you can't get out of bed”

Insurance is great, but it has gone up in the last year. They match 401k contributions

Vacation and sick time are give, only 2 weeks per year and the days do not roll over. There is healt, dental, vision and medical benefits on top including a 401k match program.

Unless you are full-time (management, only) at your store or the government mandates it, you don't have access to any benefits other than a 401(k).

Good benefit is the Non retractable 401K matching, Bad benefit is the medical insurance plans are expensive and not comprehensive.

They'll keep you as a "seasonal employee" so they don't have to provide benefits.

Health care benefits are ridiculously expensive. Worst HC benefits I've ever seen at any company. They act as if you are their most important asset, but benefits are proof we are not.

    Nothing really was a perk.

They have not given raises to field associates in over 10 years. The money is used to open new stores.

Insurance is very expensive with high deductibles even for the advanced insurance. Out of pocket is very expensive for the amount of premium. No raises, promises of bonuses not real. No tuition reimbursement, Short Term and Long Term disability only 40%, 401K is ok. Vacation time is 40 hours but stated as 2 weeks, which you really work minimum of 48 hours per week not 40, so in reality you are losing 2 days. If you use it in one week you are good, but it must be from Sunday to Saturday not mid-week to mid-week or separate days.
