    The prescription plan when I was there (DMC Care) wouldn't cover a lot. A lot of times when I went to a Non DMC Pharmacy the Pharmacist would say "DMC doesn't cover this" or "DMC doesn't cover that." DMC maybe around 2003 until about 2005 would cover mainline prescriptions but it seems like they cover as much like they used to and the premiums had went up sky high especially if you had DMC PPOM because they would want you to have DMC Care so you wouldn't venture outside of their facilities.

    as an employee why is there a reason for preauthorization of health services when an employee gets hurt on the job? it is an outrage.
