“Amazing benefits all around!! Love it ”
“They offer great benefits for their employees even if you are a recent hire or a recent grad. You get a lot of money back and will end up making quite a bit of money from it.”
Competitive benefits package, considering the auto industry. 4 weeks vacation, 1 sick days, right off the bat. Very affordable health care premiums, although I have heard the big 3 are better.
Great amount of paid vacation. Nice to have the holidays off also.
Benefits are great! 401k, 4 weeks vacation, 1 week of sick days, volunteer time off days and also parental leave days
Great company package that is competitive along with the rest of the automotive industry
They have absolutely great benefits. It's a German company and i guess germans like to treat their employees real well. you start off with many days off and also great health packages.
Perks exist at this company
Good vacation, average 401k, below average bonus with poor structure to reward high performers over low performers.
good - company vacation bad - salary
I was an intern so I didn't have a full benefits package. They were very lenient about taking vacation time
once you do become "full time" you get 4 weeks of paid time off; holiday, vacation PTO. the only issue is that the company shuts down during the week of the 4th of July and for Christmas, and expect you to us that paid time off for those 2 weeks. they also offer gain share of the profits every moth, but it varies up and down seasonally.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
