good vacation and bonus. 401k employer match.
Great benefits. Healthcare is at par with competition. Slightly more money for 401 match
Average benefits nothing great honestly
Not bad 401K package compare to other employers in the financial industry.
The Bank offered unlimited sick time and most folks were very responsible with that benefit. There were insurance options, a high deductible with HSA and a higher premium lower deductible. At lest there was an option. Vacation time was generous
401K match was not monthly, it was 1x per year. If you resign, you don't get it. Also a multi-year vesting schedule on this match. It gets clawed back if you resign.
