The company does offer health insurance for those working more than 35 hours. There is also a 401k option.
They don't give you PTO for part time, if you are full time, you have to be on top of it bc HR tries to screw you out of it. Getting days off is very difficult unless you have good relationships with the administration. Also have to be on top of your paycheck whenever you get it to make sure your hours are correct; I've had coworkers who worked overtime but weren't paid for it and had to fight with HR tooth and nail to get it. Required to work holidays, without overtime.
Great insurance plan but Holidays are not giving automatically, you have to use your time off for Holidays and they have to get approved.

the benefits are very good. there is plenty of time off scheduled. it is challenging though, to get time off when there is a staff shortage. staff shortages vary due to many variables
