we offer generous time off based on accrual and years of service. To start off, employees with 90 days to 2 years of service are eligible to accrue up to 24 days per TOB year (days increase with years of service). In addition, we offer the option for our direct care employees to elect to ‘sell’ a portion of their TOB (not to exceed 40 hours).
Hard to schedule time to take vacations.
Good time off benefits; changes as you have been there longer. Should have some type of paid maternity/paternity/adoption time off rather than using all your benefits or FMLA. Should have more holidays off if not working in residential setting.
You get to use you times as you want, they do not require you to take certain holidays off. They have no maternity leave which sucks and the time off is not enough

The time off is more than usual companies..They don't hassle you about taking time off because so many people are always looking to pick up shifts.

Great time off benefits package. 24 paid days off to start. After 5 years you get 26 days off. After 10 years you get 30 paid days off. Paid time off included holidays.
