Narrowing the benefits package to a single best thing is impossible. The benefits at Devon are amazing from work/life balance items (on site gym, flexible schedule, PTO) to the financial items (insurance, salary, cash bonus, stock bonus, 401k) all of the benefits are amazing.
Best thing is 401k and long term incentives. There are not a lot of bad things associated with the benefits package, it's the backstabbing that one must worry about. Because, once you are laid off, the benefits package is a mute point. Run from this company if you are a Veteran.
