Very fair. Good health plan/
Company provides very basic perks. No bonus, 2% 401K match which is vested in 3 years. If you leave before 3 years, you wont get anything. No bonus.
Pros - Employee contribution is on par with most companies Cons - Vacation time, high prescription drug copays
company does not provide good perks. they provide with health insurance of the emloyees. yearly bonus is given
The management is generally lenient with time offs with legitimate reasons and also if there is a company outing for any reason, we do get compensated for the time.
I’d say it’s average compare to others. Family med/dental/vision coverage, if you choose to elect all, cost about $8600 on annual premiums. Well checkups are not free. 401K is 2% max. Paid time off based on accrual, not given up front - 5 personal plus 10 vacation days. Major holidays are paid. Like I said, it’s ok, could be worse.
vacation time limited to partial weeks
every thing is good and the benefits include heath care, dental care, eye care. it has 401k basically it has eveything
401K is fairly decent, but healthcare and vacation/sick time was terrible
Company match 401k was nice and health insurance covered the basics. No bonuses for anyone who isn't a principal.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
