Best: lots of coverage options Cons: not any
Dexcom HR please read these reviews. Why did the RSUs get removed from the compensation packages? Many of these comments mention that as the top perk. Illumnia, Philips, Medtronic, and most other large/ medium size companies offer RSUs. They also shut down a week in the summer and in the winter, offer tuition assistance, and better pay. Dexcom is at the lower end of all benefits unless you are an executive. It seems funny that when we finally got 2% 401k matching (yes only 2%) the RSUs disappeared. This is why people are leaving.
100% coverage for diabetes related expenses.
