    Very well designed, with great follow up and follow through from line manager and HR, HR does a check in during the process whihc was very much appreciatted. Also the company is great at celebrations so, flowers come to our house when the delivery happens, there baby showers organised by area and there is an effort in accomodation when returning to work.
