Because of their recent merger with Schryver Medical, the already-depleted benefits package just became worse. They have just recently removed the 401k contribution matching. Their medical, dental and vision package is one of the worst in the valley.
You qualify for 401k if you are over the age of 21. They only give benefits if you are a full time employee, which includes holiday pay, PTO, and insurance.
Vacation hours are nice increase every year
Matching 401K is very low and you are vested for 5 years, only 1 week vacation the first year, jumps to 2 weeks on 1 year anniversary
Company gives you the choice of a 401k plan, Medical and Dental. There are no stock options available unless you are part of top management
The medical is pretty decent. However, it is extremely expensive. You get paid holidays, but most of the time you are required to work holidays anyways. There's really not a lot of paid vacation either.
They do offer medical, dental, vision and 401K, but I've had better benefits with other employers.
401 k now this is reticular
None. There are none. Its awful.
