The worst thing is trying to not get defaults on calls
Week of classroom training, 2-3 weeks on the floor "nest" training before being sent to a permanent team.
Lasted 2 days, Management is in a rush to get people working even if they're not ready
The training is a week long process and the last day you will be on the sales floor. Retaining information on the package deals is easy, encouraged to study the script at home.
There is a major lack in benefits and compensations. If they had a stronger client base, I believe they would be able to offer a more attractive benefit package. This could prevent such high turn over.
It is very involved and covers many scenarios that an employee with encounter on the phone.
Nothing bad about training they explain the what you will be doing throw you in a room to listen to other employees calls then when you are comfortable enough they let you get on the phones
its okay. they try to fit everything in one day so they can hurry up and put you on the phones
Training is good for all programs. It is what you put into it.
I was given very thorough training.
