They have award show every Tuesday and since I have been apart of the company I have not never received an award for my hard work
The performance bonus is very vague, there is no true bonus. You don't know if they are holding bonuses for themselves or if they just chose not to pay you.
There isn't a performance bonus for agents. Staff can get a bonus but depending upon what program you are on, you may get a bonus or if you are on a program where there isn't competition than no, you do NOT get a bonus.
When I first started with DialAmerica, I was willing to accept the below industry average salary due to the bonuses that were available. 10 years ago, I started with a salary of $25k, and realistic bonuses of $1500 quarterly, bringing my yearly income to $31k, that was really close to average at that time. At the end of my employment, my salary was $32k, with a bonus structure of NO MORE than $300 quarterly, bringing my income to just over $33k, and I was almost at salary cap. I would never receive more than 2% bonus ever, regardless of my performance.
I was top agent numerous times and in my opinion the salary did not match the effort you put in.
I don't know much about the sales bonus but any annual type raises can be taken away at the snap of a finger
