Health insurance premium is very expensive. Health insurance itself is average. 401K match only $500 a year for 10 years. Up to 5 weeks vacation after 10 years.

Mar 30, 2017
Current Administrative Assistant/Payroll Coordinator in Jacksonville, Florida

In relation to the compensation, benefits are extremely expensive.

Current Agent/Mentor in North Charleston, South Carolina

There is no yearly review for a raise. You will make the same money year after year unless you are promoted. Promotions are few and far between. There is no desire from this company to keep long term employees.

Current Customer Service/Sales Representative in Athens, Georgia

the best perk is 401 k

Feb 9, 2017
Current Inbound Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida

No benefits and it takes a year before you actually get a raise and/or you still have to ring a bell to HR/Management that your current pay seems not to be getting a raise

Dec 30, 2016
Current Team Leader in Tampa, Florida

Health insurance changed after one year. Bonuses are questionable. Time off is okay. The salary package does not meet the industry standards.

Current Employee

Dial America hires a skeleton staff for full time. Even managers are often not full time. You do get a discount on cell phone service and healthcare benefits are offered but its not affordable.

Dec 18, 2016
Former Consultative Sales Rep in Middleburg Heights, Ohio

They have a really good health insurance plan that's reasonable for it to be a part time position

Nov 29, 2016
Current Inbound Sales Representative in Erie, Pennsylvania

They lie about the 401K and make it impossible for employees to be eligible for the employee match by monitoring your hours and keeping you under the requirements. Management in Erie, PA fights people who need to take leave for medical or paternity.

Oct 26, 2016
Former Customer Service Representative in Westlake, Ohio

It really didn't do anything since I didn't work their long enough to qualify it, not to mention, my public option served me better than that one would do.
