“The worst thing is trying to not get defaults on calls”
“They're pretty good a making your schedule and being flexible with you ”
“Offers gift cards and cash for top performance.”
Health insurance premium is very expensive. Health insurance itself is average. 401K match only $500 a year for 10 years. Up to 5 weeks vacation after 10 years.
In relation to the compensation, benefits are extremely expensive.
There is no yearly review for a raise. You will make the same money year after year unless you are promoted. Promotions are few and far between. There is no desire from this company to keep long term employees.
the best perk is 401 k
No benefits and it takes a year before you actually get a raise and/or you still have to ring a bell to HR/Management that your current pay seems not to be getting a raise
Health insurance changed after one year. Bonuses are questionable. Time off is okay. The salary package does not meet the industry standards.
Dial America hires a skeleton staff for full time. Even managers are often not full time. You do get a discount on cell phone service and healthcare benefits are offered but its not affordable.
They have a really good health insurance plan that's reasonable for it to be a part time position
They lie about the 401K and make it impossible for employees to be eligible for the employee match by monitoring your hours and keeping you under the requirements. Management in Erie, PA fights people who need to take leave for medical or paternity.
It really didn't do anything since I didn't work their long enough to qualify it, not to mention, my public option served me better than that one would do.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
