Dial America it's not just an ordinary job you're not a number there they actually treat you like we're part of the family. They're flexible honest hard-working people with integrity. The management at Dial America is superb like I said they treat you like you're an actual person and that your family to them. I have work for several large corporations by far this is the one that's treated me the best. It's not a job that you'll get rich at but it's a job that will honor situations that are going on in your life and treat you with respect and send me that is priceless.

Best thing is getting use of Sirius radio free during your employment. They are flexible on scheduling. Must ask for any changes to schedule two weeks in advance. Written up if you ever have to miss a day on your schedule. Very strict on breaks and only 3 minute break per hour of work.

There isn't much benefits that are offered because we are all part time unless we get into management but we work over 35 hrs if not more if overtime is approved for many weeks at a time. They offered 2/1 tier incentives for a while but cut to 1/.5 tier due to "budget cuts"

What benefits? There are none.

Not enough pay could be a lot better for pressure w sales

No paid holidays or sick days. No raises. Constant layoffs. Write ups occur EVERY absence, no matter the reason. Pays you a base pay of 10$per hour plus 2$ bonus per hour even if you are not in sales.

They have no benefits they have no sick time they have no vacation time they have no paid holidays they have nothing even if your a full-time employee their benefits are the Affordable Care Act so really that's not any benefits at all

They really do not offer any benefits. They do have health ins option but it is costly. They also have 401k option.
