“I've never had any issues with health care. Great coverage”
“Never got to experience it. People would also get fired if they were sick and didn't bring a doctors note. Even if they were clearly sick. Doctors aren't cheap especially with the pay here”
“You get 5 sick days year”
Good benefits for what it was as a summer intern
Most employees' tenure at the company doesn't last long enough for benefits to become available. When they reach their 60 days, most employees are still not able to enroll until open enrollment in November. 401k's are even rarer for employees to receive.
Great health, dental, and vision package. Travel benefits: Cross-training in different markets. Approximately 25 days off in the first year alone...
If you can make the benefit threshold they offer, then they are pretty incentivizing. However, they set the bar high intentionally so that almost nobody does. All that potential commission every week, then, is apparently just given to the managerial team according to senior staff members.
They did not offer any, you have to work long hours on the street for little pay with not benefits to fall back on
You get health insurance and a 401k You have to do a 3 month probation period in order to receive the benefits
No benefits worth mentioning. If you work hard enough you will make money, if not, too bad find another job.
Here are the following benefits provided to our team members: Health, dental, and vision insurance. There are also 20+ PTO days, 401K, health/gym, transit card, and profit sharing. An hourly base and bonuses are also provided to compensate. We value working hard as well as our team members, so benefits and compensation are established for them. Thanks for the time you did have on our team and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
Everythings great, tons of benefits
Good perks but there is a high turnover rate within the company with new employees coming and going every week and you must work there for 6 months before you receive any benefits or opportunities for PTO.
Thanks for the review. To provide clarity, benefits are offered after a standard 90 day (3 months) probationary period.
To keep it simple, in less than three month I made over $7000 (between salary and bonuses). In Dialogue Direct you can make all the money you're willing to work for.
