100% covered option plans and a $1k a year allowance to spend on education.
Great benefits package and perks
No 401k match, stocks are watered down with funding rounds/lack of company performance. Paternity leave non-existent if in sales capacity.
Unlimited vacation, great health and dental benefits, gym reimbursement, really good lunches, snacks and beverages in the kitchen, education allowance, and more
Rock solid. Inexpensive healthcare, great 401k plan, unlimited time off. etc. I worked remote, so I can't comment on the "in office perks"
All in all, Dialpad does it right when it comes to benefits. There are willing to work with you to accommodate your needs that are appropriate. They definitely cover the essentials when it comes to benefit packages and sprinkle in a bit extra with unlimited PTO and flexible hours.
Flexible time off, health insurance, 401k, office snacks
Great benefits. Really cant beat it.
+ A number of healthcare plans, vision and dental, catered food and snacks - No 401k match, reduced work from home option
The flexibility in working remotely is the best I've experienced at a company
