I never got an a benefits package from diamond consulting. I know that people who have been working there long term though also never got any sort of insurance from the company.
The thing is, they may have a package...however I have serious pain in my left foot and being lied to and switched to door to door sales after promised I was going to be B2B I have no clue what's being offered.
You do not receive benefits unfortunately, they say "after 6 months" but unfortunately like all pyramid/ponzi schemes it isn't until you get "promoted", which very few people do. Thus it is a churn-and-burn enviornment and they look for young kids to make them money while the kids do not receive benefits nor very high pay. The base that he is promising is very low and kinda just on a whatever I feel like that day basis. Don't have to believe me just work here and see it for yourself :)
The worst part is that it's all commission, they do little to compensate you for work expenses and there's about a month pay lag; which they don't give you any training pay or anything.
There are sick days, but that is not a huge benefit. There is absolutely no benefit from working here besides that they are lenient on how much you work. You are just a person who calls other people to work for the company all day. You are paid based on how many people come in for interviews and not by how many people you call.
despite what the website advertises, there was no insurance or healthcare benefits. You could essentially take as much (unpaid) vacation time as you wanted, because the company will do whatever it takes to retain employees that will go out into the field and make them money
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
