401k has a 100% company match, up to 5% employee contribution.
Company 401 k matching is up to 5% of employer contribution. Profit sharing has been eliminated. Bonus eligible positions have have had bonuses cut in half or eliminated. Heath insurance has gone up every year and is currently about $400/month for a parent and children (no spouse). Only executives eligible for stock options. No vacation for offshore employees. Oil companies and other companies have vacation programs for their employees that work offshore or in rotation assignments. ExxonMobil, Anadarko, Hess, all provide this vacation. IF not taken, vacation is paid out.
Benefits continue to worsen here....
With each year the benefits diminish by leaps and bounds. When I first started with Diamond, the benefits were superb...now, not so much. They take something away each year.
benefits have gotten more expensive, but diamond still offers an amazing benefits package, including 5% employer match to 401, top of the line medical, annual bonuses, etc.
Great 401k matching, vesting; excellent Health Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision); HSA & FSA options; increased Vacation time at 5 years, 10 years, etc. EAP, in-house HR department very helpful and good to work with when you have issues.

Excellent benefits package, extremely low co-pays and excellent medical providers.
