Health Insurance, 2 weeks vacation
The only thing we are offered is medical, drug and vision coverage at a hefty cost to employees. No retirement or any other benefits.

Best: Company contributes $65/pp into an HSA if you choose the non PPO option. The benefits packages are expensive and have high deductibles so nearly 100% will be out of pocket to you. This might be due to the ACA and not Diamond however. Dental and vision benefits are good and affordable

Vacation time offered isn't very good. Only after working there over a year, you get only get 4 days off. Your vacation time increases incrementally every year until you work there 10+ years (only then do you get two weeks off). Good health benefits (didn't need their vision plan). Not allowed to park in the Diamond Parking lots around the corporate office (you get in trouble if they find out and get scolded if they find out you parked in a competitors lot). You are to take the bus and they provide ORCA card (but no discounts).
Decent health/dental/vision benefits. Vacation schedule is poor - 1 week/1yr, 2 wks/2+ yrs then you don't get 3 wks until 10 yrs. No 401k.
Mediocre to poor benefits package - not sure if that is just the new norm or not...
