Company changes rules during the game. Does not offer very good performance bonuses. Too many variables and performance bonuses are not graded on the individual, instead are graded by team/region. Upper management tends to set unclear and unrealistic goals and tend to find anyway to keep from paying out bonuses. Techs are not set up for success, too many other failures within the company that lead to poor tech performance payouts.
