The 401K only matches at 50% up to 6% of salary and bonus structure seems to change frequently for no reason
Company service vehicle, cell phone & laptop. Used to be able to use vehicle for personal use but they changed this. Healthcare was expensive, but I think this is a trend everywhere. 401k w/ 6% match after 180 days of employment. 2 weeks vacation to start after one year of service, 3 weeks at 5yrs and 4 weeks at 10yrs. You could buy a week also, if you wanted. Company allowance for uniforms through Cintas. Corporate CC for incidentals during workday for completing jobs, tools, supplies. Corporate Fuel card for vehicle and full fleet vehicle support.
Decent health coverage, doctor choices and features, at low costs. Features included free annual medical check-up, and pretty low co-pays for various medicines and doctor visits.

Health plan is very good and accepted everywhere.
Health insurance provides good coverage. 401k seems to be in line with the market. Vacation was cut back a number of years ago so 4 weeks is the max anyone can get.

It is a decent benefits package but if you are married it is expensive to put your spouse and kids on the plan.
