“The health is accepted by most people. It is rather expensive and tends to increase every year. However DN Does offer health savings account and flex spending account ”
“Mandated by government, minimum amount”
“Its more then 20 days on year.”
All the benefits one could need at a fair price.
Average benefit packages to choose from
Good company to work for. Pay is competitive, but you are required to work on call nights and weekends. This makes having any plans for personal time very difficult. They do not promote from within very often.
401K match is good. Health insurance choices are better than most.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?
DN is the best company to work!
Diebold has a lot of good employees with many years of service and they have gained many vacation days off. The company is only taking card of those at the top, everyone else is expendable.
Good 401k. Health insurance not that great if you have health problems
Standard benefits package with 401k match. Healthcare costs are high.
average benefit, restored 401k recently.
The health insurance is average and vacation is not bad.
