“Nothing really bad. Overall, it is a decent benefits package.”
“It has a decent employer contribution.”
“It is basically a typical benefit.”
You have different levels of benefits to choose from based on your personal needs. Cost of benefits is reasonable.
Employees are able to work remotely; health insurance and 401 K are also good. Time off is commensurate with industry and region. Work-life balance depends upon your manager and team.
Good 401k, stock buy option, Medical and dental benefits package. Standard vacation time of 2 weeks. Worst: no sick time.
Best-Earned vacation days can be used along with holidays to get longer vacations.
Matching 401K up to 6%. Health package is also very good.
No pension plan for anyone and the new benefit plan forces everybody to get stocks even if you dont want to. On top you loose until 2020 almost all your bonus.
Great Benefits. 401K match is average
Our medical needs improvement. very expensive for what we get. they use to have a retirement plan but if you were hired after a certain date they no longer offer it.
The 401K only matches at 50% up to 6% of salary and bonus structure seems to change frequently for no reason
Expensive health insurance, very low 401k contribution
