The benefits package is standard within the industry.
Holiday time is the best I've encountered with a week off after Christmas, you also get your birthday, and three summer days to use between June - August. Vacation doesn't kick in until 6 months, then you get one week, you get the 2nd week on your year anniversary.
No vacation for first 6 months, then one week PTO until 12 month anniversary. Two weeks every year from then on (until 3+ years).
time off. You get every public holiday and generous vacation during winter season. There isn't a very strict policy for PTO, in that you are expected to do your work rather than be physically present every possible hour. They understand what it's like to work in advertising and make an effort to empower your own work/life balance.
401k matching most years. Good health care options.
Dieste has great Omnicom benefits. It also limits its benefits to the overall holding group benefits, which again, are quite good.
Good insurance, good vacation policy, possibility to buy stock and 401k. Much better benefits than most companies.
