Solid benefits. Overall no complaints to date.
Best = unlimited sick days worst = little vacation time
The cost is to high and they sell it as only a couple thousand out of pocket.
I think the benefit package is great. My favorite thing is that they offer HSA. I like it because I am a healthy person so I can have a high detectable plan and just keep adding money to an HSA account which nontaxable and use that money for when I need it
High Premiums for high deductables
Great time off policies and dependent on your manager flexible work hours. The medical coverage has been on a decline as it has been with many companies of late. The new CEO has peeled back small perks bit by bit so within the last 2 years or so of his tenure those have all but been stripped away.
Honestly, there is almost nothing to crow about. It's a pretty average package all the way around. The move to an HSA was good.
Health Insurance coverage i.e. what percentage discount received from insurance company seemed extremely low for what was being paid for the insurance.
Health HSA with employer contribution, Vision, Dental, 401K, stock and investment options.
The health plan is ok in today's marketplace. High deductible, HSA., but employee pays premiums Vacation policy is a bit outdated
