The benefits were not good and it was not worth it. I would find a better place to work with better benefits.
Health and Dental could be better but company pays a portion of it. 401K with a company match of 4%. This is great!

Good benefits overall however bonus is based on how many minutes you get each month and you have to get to a set amount before anyone else can. Each office is different
DigiStream offers full health, dental, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) pension plan for all employees working a minimum of 30 hours average per week. Even though we small enough not to be required to offer these, we are proud to remain proactive in taking care of our employees in these ways. I feel that our employee turn-over rate remains very low for this offered benefits package, amongst many other employee perks.
