Company Perks: Donuts on Fridays, figure drawing once a week, and a few boring health festivals throughout the year. Health Insurance: Mediocre. They switch companies every single year and it's a pain. They know little about their own plans and have messed up several people's. I can't tell you much about specifics because their plans vary so dramatically every year. 401k: Horrible unless you're an executive. You can put money into it but you get nothing back. They do no matching (for anyone except executives), regardless of how long you've worked there. It's a joke and kind of offensive. Vacation: Bare minimum. And I was denied requested vacation days multiple times even though I didn't have a significant project at the time. I actually had to return plane tickets because I was denied at the last minute once. Time off: Bare minimum. Again, expect to get hassled about how you use even your sick days.
