Great benefits if you are a union employee, otherwise you pay 4 times the amount they do.
Decent benefits offered for medical. Vision and dental is good.
They don't even match any of your 401k. Bad health insurance.
They use workday, so it is easy to keep track of your time and pay. Average benefits package like others..
All good programs were offered.
PTO was alright but the cost of health insurance is higher than average and they offer a 401K with zero match.
Provides what I need for my family
Employees had to track their own vacation accrual, but somehow HR always found the time to be in the company's favor not the employees. The benefits system was also confusing and no one was really available to help. Although having a 60-day-plus probationary system sucked, it is good the company keeps paying for health insurance through the end of the month after an employee leaves the company.
I have a very good benefits package no complains really.
Health Insurance is decent. You pay your share - deductible jumped considerably in 2015 from $300 year before to $1500. Copays $25 and 45 for specialists. Scripts aren't too bad - $15, 30 60. 401K has no company match and is with Prudential with about 15 choices.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
