Increasing premiums and higher deductibles.
For 2016, Digital River changed the Health Insurance Coverage entirely. It caused a lot a confusion among fellow co-workers and many colleagues stated that Human Resources was of little help in answering questions. This caused frustration, confusion and unhappiness to other co-workers, as well as myself. They decided to switch from Medica to Health Partners.
Good benefits overall. Preventative 100% covered.
Only has option available
It is expensive but you have several choices to choose from. The eye insurance does not even work for most places.

HSA plan places the risk on the employee instead of on the company. Digital River decided to save money and increase profits by shifting the increasing costs of health care onto their employees rather than finding a way to pay for it themselves.
Seems ok, better than Target's for sure.
