“Decent overall package with range of options”
Great benefit package, good 401 match
Typical for industry, could provide a better 401(k) and ESPP/RSU options
Pay was fairly good and provided work from home allowance monthly.

I left Medallia and started a new HRIS Manger role at a large healthcare organization. It’s my first week and there are several red flags: * For the next 6 weeks, I am at an overflow location completely separated from all but 2 members of my team. It is an interior office with no windows in a large office building. It is like working in a walk-in closet. * When we move, the hybrid option I was led to believe was an option will not be.

Benefits are generally fine, however, health insurance options in the US changed last year and are no longer as employee-friendly.
Overall robust benefits package and good health benefit options.
Low Benefits, no good bad benefits
Just switched insurance to Cigna. Good coverages for providers, at least in my area. Maternity leave is generous for the US, but would like to see this expanded upon. Generous PTO policy.

Changed over the past year. Still going through the residuals of the change, but overall good package.
