Company provides a solid range of benefits, 401k matching up to 5%, family insurance, flexible vacation days, and incentive stock options. Worst part is the periodic changes to providers and how hard it is to keep track of the resources, and occasional issue getting Empire (NY) insurance processed in other states.
Excellent benefits and emphasis on remote employees
Comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond the standard health care and various other benefits but also includes a very high attention to remote vs in-culture office environments. When events are held in office, remote employees also receive care packages, and while this is something small, it speaks to how the company holistically looks at it's employee relationships.
Great health insurance, the pay for gym membership, they provide lunch daily
Unlimited PTO, 401K kicks in immediately and is matched up to 4%, maternity leave is not as competitive as other top tech companies (3 months + 1 month 50% part time, 1 month 75% part time gradual transition), fully stocked snacks, coffee and lunch every day, free kindle + any books you would like to request related to your role or industry, flexibility to work from home, reimbursement for gym membership up to $100, free unlimited metrocard, stock options for all, free access to One Medical (high tech medical offices w/access to video chat with doctors/nurses), different tiered medical plans depending on your needs. Much is reimbursed rather than paid up front.
Really comprehensive benefits and unlimited PTO.
The company trusts employees to take as much time off as is needed to maintain a good word-life balance and a healthy personal life.
Flexible vacation policy! I love that I'm trusted as an employee to take the time I need when I need it.
Unlimited PTO. It's the best and the worst. It sounds great, but the reality is that it's no better than traditional "N weeks per year". And you can't accrue vacation and cash out when you leave.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
