Nothing bad to say about the benefits
Awesome Medical Benefits. Unlimited PTO. Remote work is encouraged. Paid Gym memberships. Awesome Swag. Great work/life balance
Best perk is working remote and flexible schedules.
Solid health insurance plan, with dental and vision, especially for family coverage. Easy to sign up and review options. Some company covered options that were a surprise.
Top of the line benefits package. Free lunch every day
Free lunch - Everyday! Plus very friendly remote culture
DO's perks are unprecedented for a company of this size. Healthy budget for annual professional development, monthly subway & gym reimbursement, good healthcare plans, ability to opt for a premier dental plan (for those who need more work done/ortho coverage) at a low cost, free kindle and monthly book budget and much more. DAILY healthy catered breakfast & lunch, with option to seamless dinner if you stay a little later. Crazy selection of drinks and snacks, cold brew on tap and stocked beer fridge. Ergonomic desks, yoga classes...benefits are better than some Fortune 500 tech companies I've worked for in the past!
Unlimited vacation days, full health insurance, breakfast and lunch every day, and just generally a very welcoming atmosphere make this a great place to work
Company provides a solid range of benefits, 401k matching up to 5%, family insurance, flexible vacation days, and incentive stock options. Worst part is the periodic changes to providers and how hard it is to keep track of the resources, and occasional issue getting Empire (NY) insurance processed in other states.
Excellent benefits and emphasis on remote employees
