10 vacation days, 9 floating holidays, 15 company holidays, UNLIMITED sick time (can be applied to doctor's appointments)
Incredibly comprehensive package; generous holiday and PTO days.
The perks are a total joke - skewed to first job and entry-level staff. Beer - yay, Pop corn - yay, Ping Pong that if you use it you are flagged for not being billable.
Great health insurance plan and substantial yearly time off allowance (no matter your level) from the start of your employment. No bonuses (outside of a minimal annual performance bonus) unless you're a director level or higher, though. Long hours and working from home is largely discouraged.
Generous holidays, 401k match and other things like milestone anniversary gifts, free coffee and flavored seltzer.
Generous time off and special anniversary gifts
Great health insurance options, 401(k) matching, and add-ons like pre-tax FSAs for health and transit expenses.
Contractors and freelances don't get benefits
Stocked kitchen, coffee, drinks. Health benefits are on par with other agency's.
Great time off policy - just about five weeks right from the beginning of employment. 401k is matched up to 3%. Management offers flexibility in working remotely as needed. Health, dental and vision seem to be standard however I have been told at the eye doctor that my vision coverage is outstanding.
