    PTO hours accrued are based on how long you've worked for the comapany.

    The company does not offer good paid time off policy. Everyone who first starts working here gets excited when they hear that we get 21 days of paid time off. However, many times the company fails to let people know that the 21 days includes 10 standard holidays. So in reality we only get two weeks off a year. What's even worse is that the people who work under the corporate branch are given even more paid time off than the rest of the company.
