There is no retirement plan for new hire RNs. It is only a 401k equivalent with a very poor match from Dignity.
Their benefit plan is great as long as you are able to take time off from work since most of their In-network doctors are open M-F during business hours.
PENSION is an awesome incentive.
One of the few companies that have a retirement plan for employees. Hooray for this commitment. It really puts meaning to the words when they say that they value their employees. Employees have flexibility in the plans and building the portfolio they choose.
