I have never had an issue's with any of my sick days

The sick days is also great because when i am sick I can use the time I have and don't have to worry about not bringing in no income

There is a constant complaint from employees about the ability to use sick days.

Each pay check you earn STD hours also. After 2 days being sick , you can start using those hours on the third day.

You can take sick days, but plan on doing your work and then whatever didn't get done while you were out. May as well come in sick. No one to cover you!
