Have not used this perk yet but Dignity is big on continuous education to always stay at the cutting edge. It is at least 5k a year covered.
Tuition assistance $3000.00 a year; however sometimes difficult to get approved. It would be more beneficial to have more incentives for Medical assistants advance to LVN's, LVN's to RN's etc..
$5200 per year for full time employees
Cap for tuition reimbursement is lower for corporate employees but no time commitment; higher for hospital/clinical staff with a time commitment
