Health insurance is paid by Dignity for employee, other benefits and benefits for dependents is at a reasonable cost. Other benefits competitive.
Family packages are very affordable dislike and plenty of time off. Dislike that benefits were included for all family and we are not being charged to add them
My health insurance is one of the best in the US and it is at no cost to full time employees. I feel so blessed to have such amazing health care coverage that would cost me out of pocket $880/per month for me and my two children. Thank you Dignity Health for caring about your employees!
Medical dental and vision Benefits are awesome. We had free health insurance until this year. Now we pay just for children and spouse. It is still way less expensive than other employers. Cons are that the matching for the 401k is not much. But, we also have a pension. Sick time is accumulated but when you call in sick, the first 40 hours they use your PTO, and then start with sick time. So unless you are sick for more than a week, the sick time just sits there. This makes people upset.
there is no monthly premium for health insurance for employee and family, not sure what the retirement package has specifically, a lot of overtime offered per week which gives an opportunity to get much bigger paycheck
Best about the beneift package is the pension plan, but need to work for at five years to vest. The vacation days are good too. 9.54 hour per pay period, and will increase after 3 years.
The benefits are better than anywhere else I have worked and very low monthly premiums.
Basic medical is a good choice.
Free medical and dental. Benefits kick in on the 1st of the month, 30 days after start date.
The best thing is the employee cost... its either free for yourself and for family its not bad at all.
