expensive insurance, offers a different plans
Part time can get life and dental insurance. You can get health insurance if you work at least 30 hours
Health Insurance cost to employees was extremely high compared to the industry. Rather hard to afford on the salaries they were paying.
Part time only offers certain benefits and they don’t go into effect for months
Make sure to ask before taking the job. Benefits are not great.
No benefits for part time
They didn't seem to have a good package so I never used it. You can't get start earning vacation time until you work for about a year. If you need any other time off, good luck.
Dillards benefits are awful, does not benefit you if you have a family. Dental is somewhat decent but overall very poor for a big company.
It’s basically just a gimme and not actually a comprehensive package. I guess dental and vision are US standard (which is honestly more a reflection on what we consider standard here).
The benefits are very high priced and coverage is minimal when needed.
