“Discount could have been better.”
“Two weeks paid vacation time per year. Managers try their best to give you the dates you requested off.”
“Way too expensive with a way too high deductible. ”
Great healthcare and vision insurance
401k match is not great, vacation package terrible
Benefits offered were not great compared to other jobs.
Expensive healthcare not really a package which is in favor of employees
The benefits are pricey, but the company’s HSA employee match that follows you even after you leave the company is a great bonus. The amount of time it takes to accrue time for vacation, sick pay, etc .. is a bit much, 6 months.
Deductibles are a little high, but average. 401k is pretty good - no complaints.
Offer health insurance, vision, and dental for a reasonable price. Seems to be a variety of options for what kinds of coverage you want.
Dillards employee discount is only available thru Dillard's credit card. It is very easy to end up paying back the discount many times over if you do not pay off account monthly.
You have to work over 20 hours a week to qualify for the benefits, even paid time a half on holidays.
Decent health insurance, good dental insurance after 1 year, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick time (but must take 2 days, first day unpaid), match 401k, great employee discounts (25% year round and 40-45% twice per year)
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
