The 401K contribution is minimal and the portion of the health care costs I have to cover is very high.
Health insurance is fine...offers PPO, HMO, and Kaiser. PPO is the best coverage and the most costly but DD pays about 3/4 of the cost directly and the employee only pays the remaining 1/4...for a family of four that came out to about $600/month in 2017.
Easy pre-approvals, or just no pre-approvals needed for many things.
Aetna was a great health insurance

High deductible for employees across categories. not a long of options
Seemed to be really good coverage and reasonable co-pay
No insurance for contractors. only for FT
Its not the best I've seen but it much better than most places.
Must pay full deductible before any prescription co-pay.
