While the benefits package is fairly comprehensive, I pay $700 a month for just my wife and I. Most companies I am familiar with don't require such a high employee contribution.
Company benefits were OK would think the 401k match would have been a little higher than 3%, it use to be 6% not sure why the reduction as the company does not offer a company pension plan other then 401k. Health benefits OK, PTO OK
Good health benefits. Reasonable 401k package. Generous vacation plan if you stay with the company for many years. Vision coverage is OK.
Company perks are nothing out of the ordinary. Unlike most other large companies, they don't cover any visa/sponsorship costs for foreign employees. They use a useless immigration law company that continually make mistakes, leaving employees with huge debts.
