They provide almost 3 weeks off in PTO and this amount grows the longer you are with the company. They do have a cap on PTO, and the PTO will rollover from year to year.
They have unlimited PTO for the salespeople, which as most enlightened people know, is just a smokescreen. This allows DD to avoid any reimbursement for unused PTO days upon leaving. As long as your manager approves your time off, it is all good.
I had three weeks time off to start and you earn another week at certain anniversaries of employee. I think I got one more week at five years.
The company provided accumulated PTO
Very fair time off policy. They stress a work life balance and understand a burnt out worker is of no use to the organization. They get the best out of resources who aren’t burned out
average time off based on years of experience. not great.
Birthday and Presidents' day are PTO.
Excellent number of PTO days.
Paid time off or personal time off (PTO) is a policy in some employee handbooks that provides a bank of hours in which the employer pools sick days, vacation days, and personal days that allows employees to use as the need or desire arises.
Their PTO plan is low to moderate but it truly comes down to your local manager in how they manage you.
