    They could expand a little with giving time for community seevice and lowering the time from 5-3 years to bump PTO. For the area D&S benefits rank high - generous holiday bonus, good profit sharing, great benefit of buying unused time off each Jan.

    401k benefits are competitive. Health insurance is not very good, and expensive for the single plan. Family plan is available at a premium - $800+ per month.

    Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401K after the 1st year at 3% match, then 7% after the 2nd year, Wellness Program with discounts (there is a membership discount at the in-house gym/spa/club "The Rivers Club") 18 paid PTO days (3 and 1/2 weeks paid) starting each January, available right away, 9 paid holidays, ability to use Paid Time Off in hour increments and can make up to 1 hour per day, so there is some flexibility with hours. Business casual wear.
