No benefits available to home infusion RNs, despite working for them for over 10 years. Barely a thank you, even for Nurse’s Day.
I love the pay, 401k, and the awesome benefits that the company offers. I really nothing bad to say about the company.
Dental insurance covers 100% of preventative care (Delta Dental). Vision insurance can be applied to lenses and frames every year, as opposed to two years (EyeMed).
I love that we have an affordable health plan and that we have copays and do not have to pay for the whole doctor visit. I just wish the deductible was a little lower. However the premium out of our check is pretty reasonable. I love that the 401K is vest immediately.
Good benefits but at a high price. If you need a family plan, the deductibles are so high I'm not sure how anyone can afford it.
PTO is stingy and benefits are expensive.
Good coverage, but ridiculously expensive
Worst thing is that PTO and bonuses are not with in the industry standards. Over the years, the benefits packages have gone down to the point where there are no more bonuses, and the raises are low, even for a job well done. In other words, the pay fails to reflect the effort of the employee, but rather the greediness of the administration.
