Benefits package could be much better.
The best benefit at the company was the 401 k with company match up to 4% based upon employee contribution
Recently improved PTO package, it is very competitive with the industry. 401k match up to 5%
Compensation is below industry average
Benefits are fair, but premiums are expensive if it is more than two people. No alternative benefits within the company
No sick days. PTO Hours must be used if you call off but you will still get marked a “point” for using it. 3 points in a year is a verbal write up. 6 points is a written write up which makes you ineligible for promotions or transfers. AETNA Health insurance. Only offer PPO plan. Penalized for filling at other pharmacies but get discount if you fill at Diplomat. Lowest deductible plan is 2k. Max dental plan will only pay $1,500 for the year. Vision insurance is cheap.
I liked having a FSA account card to help with medical expenses with pretax earnings. You could used the full fund before it was earned by the end of the year as well which was nice. I didn't like the value of the health insurance provided. The copay and deductibles were quite high for the hourly pay you received.
Health benefits are offered, the premiums went up drastically this year but compared to other companies they're still very reasonable. The dental and vision benefit is good and very reasonable for the coverage offered. They recently added company paid disability. PTO accumulation is decent. There's also company paid life insurance even though it's not a lot it's a nice gesture.
Started with 120 pto, 3 floating holidays and 6 other paid holidays. Medical is decently rated but higher deductibles- 1000-2500, vision and dental are great. 401k they match up to 4 percent. So, not bad, for a healthy young person but not great if you have medical needs.
The benefits were good and competitive. They offered good medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, etc.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
