The 401k plan is available to everybody who is employed for more than 1,000 hours OR (maybe and?) over the age of 21 Full time employees will also get much better benefits (health, dental, eye, etc)
very vague policies, no incentive to actually carry out the plans because they are just so difficulkt to work with, was told to go home instead of having my shoulder examined by an MD after dislocating it because i was instructed to retrieve a tire at the top of a 15 foot stack of tires. Better sign up for insurance asap because the work environment is more treacherous than it looks.
overall has the normal package you would want. good benefits after 90 days.
Yes you get insurance and 401K. Time off 2 weeks paid however it is frowned upon to take time off work. If 2 or more guys have off likely you'll never be able to make it to your friends wedding, planned family vacation, moving party, holidays, etc.
Bi-annual bonuses. 401K as a part timer! Pretty cool considering most college jobs are bar tending or manual labor without benefits.
The company and coworkers really do care about your safety, the company also has many team bonding events that are very fun
Vacation time, 401k with company match, dental vision short and long term disability
Get to work on your vehicle for free; flats, rotations, etc. Sometimes they host events to bring out your family. As you work you gain knowledge on cars and tires. Get paid every Friday with a summer bonus and a winter bonus.
Good quality insurance, Out of pocket costs are higher than I would like.
The things I received as a benefit was the work bonuses twice a year. Also they paid for company picnics that invited employees and their families to an amusement park.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
