Worst thing is that reaching a human being while trying to access benefits is awful. Uses a touch-tone phone system with options that don't match up with employee's needs.
Discover's insurance is self funded which makes for low premiums. They start out with 21 days paid time off. They support further education and will do tuition reimbursement up to 90% for specific degrees. On site gym and free on site health physician.
