Good options for healthcare and great options for 401k. Even have a good use of ADP that helps you track your HSA savings and that site will also lead you to a place where you can order eligible items with your HSA.

Excellent benefits, inducing 401k matching, and sick days on top of PTO. One small drawback is many positions have a few blackout dates for PTO (i.e. End of Year)
They have a six percent match on 401k contribution, which is nice. They've tried different health care plans, but have fallen short. The options aren't great.

I love the paid time off and the ability to be on overtime.
Everything is pretty standard for a growing B2B tech company. The high deductible health plan is a bummer, but good health plans are hard to come by anymore. It sounds like the maternity leave policy isn't competitive. Tuition assistance for work-related education would be a nice addition. And I think an annual charity day to volunteer with our teammates would be a win-win - for the Vancouver community, and for building employee pride about our unique position as a successful tech company/contributor to the economy on this side of the river.
