Health insurance is good but there is no insurance between contract. We get free Disneyland pass unlimited for ourself and spouse, and we can bring 3 family member with US on every enterance. Also we get complementary ticket to give to friend occasionally

Insurance is very costly to employees and it is hard to take vacation time during the start of the year since it is their busy time.
The benefits package is one of the best I've seen. The downside is that they keep changing companies and this year's choice has the highest copays I've seen or had to make.
Best thing is the passes for the parks worldwide.
Cigna Insurance- Best I have had in my working life. $0 deductible(Doctor, Hospital, etc paid at 100%, no co pay or deductible). Meds same as most other insurance, $15/$20 co pays depending on drug(s)
The best thing about working for DCL is the discounts. Disney owns or takes part in many different corporations. Employees were given free admission to the parks, discounted rental cars, discounts in several different stores, and more. The worst thing was because you worked on the ship, you had very little time to enjoy these perks.
Fidelity Insurance, QIP bonuses, Unpaid vacation
Unlimited free entry to disney parks for yourself (limited free entry for friends). Free food, accommodations and flights. 20% discount on merchandise, 35% when you work for the company for 3 years. 40% discount at Christmas time for everyone.
They will find a reason to terminate you after several years of service to replace you with an entry level pay grade.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
