we had 15% off at the stores and free parking at disney parks. That was taken away.

Very awesome, free tickets to Disney Resorts (gold passes), discounts at stores. Only thing not so great, if you live in Washington the Medical insurance is not great since the coverage is based in California.

Free access to parks is great, but you never get to use it because you are worked so hard.

When you are a contractor at Disney you are only eligible for benefit packages through the staffing company, which are obviously no where near what Disney is providing for employees.

Silver pass to visit the parks with up to 3 friends or family, 401k, Health, Dental, Vision - it's a great package. We also got free lunch and a stocked snack cooler.

Free entry for self and family into all Disney parks, great employee discounts and additional complementary passes for non-family members after fixed hours of service

They try to put everyone on contract so you get no perks or benefits.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Game Developer in Salt Lake City, Utah

No money was allocated for training or professional development unless you were in the top 15% of developers. If you were, you were sent to conferences and expos. But anyone more junior got no such investment from the company.

They didn't offer one to contract employees, who made up most of their staff.
