Good Cigna plans and they encourage wellness. Payroll deductions are relatively high. Maybe $180 a week for family coverage.

compared to other employers I've worked for, Disney has a pretty lousy healthcare. 1) they consumer choice is the only one that has OpenAccess . If you want low deductible, then you are stuck with HMO. 2) most of my doctors take Cigna, but not Cigna with Disney. What?? 3) premiums are highest than other companies i've worked at. they also had cigna, deductible was 900 for family, was PPO. On upside, the dental plan is great!

You get options but best option is Kaiser

  • Aug 23, 2017

Full benefits packages with comprehensive and affordable coverage. Cigna, kaiser or a consumer choice plan offered. Delta dental and VSP vision. They do onsite biometric screenings that you can attend before or after your shift but still on the clock. You can earn $300 for any medical related expense if your blood work, bmi and other things fall into the "healthy" bracket. Flu shots on site and a pharmacy as well.
