    Training is a joke. They force feed you this Disney Magic garbage, but it full of crybaby managers. If you want to preserve the Disney Magic, stay away from this place.

    it is exhausting. it depends of the role. I was a VP so it lasted about a week from 8 am to 5 pm.

    No training whatsoever. There is no training offered.

    The training has decreased in amount of time spent resulting in new employees who cannot adequately perform their jobs to the expected level if satisfaction. The initial trying before going good to the,areas first retires has been decreased from 3 days to 1 day, which makes it very difficult to cover all that is,expected for the new hire to be able to perform his job adequately, or answer guest questions in a confident and correct manner.
