no training at all sometimes
My training was intense just a lot to take in but it was incredible
Training is a joke. They force feed you this Disney Magic garbage, but it full of crybaby managers. If you want to preserve the Disney Magic, stay away from this place.
it is exhausting. it depends of the role. I was a VP so it lasted about a week from 8 am to 5 pm.
Very thorough with a lot of details from the history of the company to the current status and your position and department.
Disney Parks has some of the best on the job training you can get. Our cast members leave training ready to take on anything.
No training whatsoever. There is no training offered.
The training has decreased in amount of time spent resulting in new employees who cannot adequately perform their jobs to the expected level if satisfaction. The initial trying before going good to the, areas first retires has been decreased from 3 days to 1 day, which makes it very difficult to cover all that is,expected for the new hire to be able to perform his job adequately, or answer guest questions in a confident and correct manner.
Excellent and thorough training. 2 weeks and tests are done to show that you have grasped the subject
Their job training is top-notch
